Hi Aiman,
without 3rd party sw only IE can propagate user information from the windows login. The format (to my knowledge) is only understood by IIS. So you might need to setup an IIS and let it hanlde authentication (or you dive into DSAPI filter development).
There are 3rd party solutions (e.g. Novell eDirectory) available. But be careful what you wish for... So far in ALL cases I encontered, where this was a requirement it was skipped later, because there always are some shared PCs.
